Common App System Refresh: July 28-31

Summer is a great time to relax and recharge before a busy school year ahead!

We know some students will want to get into the Common App system to start working on their applications. Common App will take a short break in preparation for the launch of the 2019-2020 application on August 1. Please note that the first-year application will be offline July 28-31 and the transfer application will be offline July 31.

While the system is offline, there’s still lots students can do to prepare for the upcoming application season!

• Create a Common App account and learn how to roll over your account when the application launches on August 1
• Explore nearly 900 unique colleges and universities that accept the Common App
• Brainstorm and outline the essay
• Learn about how to finance a college education
• Check out what to expect from Common App in 2019-2020
• Reach out to our Solutions Center team, available 24/7, for any questions about Common App!

We hope you’re having a relaxing summer!
