Northwest Nazarene University
At Northwest Nazarene University, we believe an education is more than an intellectual pursuit. It is about more than merely acquiring a degree to get a better job. It is about identifying a purpose and turning that into a meaningful life. We believe that a meaningful life is rooted in timeless values and empowered by a community that embodies those principles. An accredited Christian liberal arts university in Idaho's Boise Valley, NNU offers 80+ areas of study, 23 master's degrees and 5 doctoral degrees.

Application information
First-year
A first-year is a student who is coming to NNU after graduation from high school. This first-time student could be coming in with college credits that were completed in high school but not after. A student coming into NNU with credits post-high school would be identified as a transfer student.
Transfer
A transfer is a student who comes to NNU after completing college credits post-high school graduation. NNU accepts transfer credits from almost all other regionally accredited colleges and universities. We strive to serve this student group throughout the process with an admissions counselor dedicated solely to transfer students and with helpful and available personnel in the Financial Aid and Registrar's Offices. If you have questions, contact NNU's Transfer Student Admissinons Counselor at or by email at transfer@nnu.edu.
