First-year

You can use Common App to apply to PLNU as a first-time freshman (students coming straight out of high school, with any number of college units). If you are a transfer student (students who have already graduated high school and have earned college units after graduating), you can apply at pointloma.edu/apply. The process is simple: submit your application with transcripts and two letters of reference (one academic and one personal), submit your application fee or fee waiver, and send us your official test scores (optional)!

Visit us

Come and see for yourself what makes the PLNU community so unique (and ranked among the most beautiful university campuses). With weekday visits, sunset tours, or our signature Preview Days, you can experience a full day in the life of a PLNU student — visiting classes, sitting in on chapel, meeting with faculty, and eating in the dining hall. We encourage every applicant to visit, so join us for a campus tour or Preview Day by registering at pointloma.edu/campusvisit.

“The community at Loma is so special. It’s filled with students who strive to serve each other and help each other grow in their faith.”
