Taejae University
Taejae University is a four-year private undergraduate institution headquartered in Seoul, South Korea offering a global education experience that teaches human-centered values and experiences through future-oriented educational methods.
Students rotate between campuses in South Korea, USA, China, Europe, and Japan, building connections with diverse peers and experiences. Students have access to campus facilities and specialized courses from Taejae’s partner universities in each location.
Coursework is conducted online through an optimized learning platform, with a limit of 20 students per class to ensure a highly interactive and discussion-based environment. All classes are conducted in English.
Full academic and residential scholarships are provided for international (non-Korean) students applying for Fall 2025.

Innovation Foundations - Alongside major studies, Taejae University offers a unique curriculum of courses designed to teach key competencies necessary for global citizenship and leadership - critical thinking, creative thinking, self-directed learning, empathy and diversity, communication and collaboration, global harmony and sustainability.
Active learning-based methods - Taejae University classes combine innovative pedagogy and technology to create a classroom experience that is optimized for online learning. Our streamlined online learning methods allow for small class sizes that ensure active engagement with class material and interactive class discussions.
Global Engagement Program - Students live in different global locations each semester, and conduct experiential learning experiences centered around cultural immersion and civic design thinking in each location. This immersive program not only broadens students’ global perspectives but also develops field-oriented knowledge and practical problem solving skills that can be applied to contexts around the world.
Residential Campuses - Taejae provides private co-living facilities or partner university housing for students in each global location. Each residential campus is located in central, safe metropolitan areas and staffed with on-site round-the-clock residence managers. The university maintains a schedule of sponsored extracurricular activities to broaden and enhance students’ experiences with their global environments.
