Application information
First-year
Complete the first-year application if you are still a high school student (even if you will complete college credits while in high school) since this will be the first time you are a degree-seeking student. You will also complete a first-year application if you have already graduated from high school, but have NOT enrolled at a college, university, or any other school after high school.
Transfer
Complete a transfer application if you’ve enrolled at another college, university, vocational college, or trade school after graduating from high school. If you earned college credit while still in high school and UMN Morris will be the first college you attend after high school graduation you should complete the first-year application.

Scholarships and Financial Aid
You will immediately be considered for a scholarship package upon admission to the University of Minnesota Morris. Once you are admitted, we will determine your eligibility for all of our campus scholarships by using the information you provided in your application for admission. Your eligibility for other aid is determined through the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The UMN Morris FAFSA code is 002389.

- Our automatic achievement scholarships are awarded all year. Interested students should apply as soon as possible, no later than August 1.

We offer multiple visit options so you can choose the one that works best for you. In addition to touring campus, you’ll have the chance to meet other students, professors, or even an athletic coach, talk with a One Stop counselor about paying for college, or ask an admissions counselor anything.
