Additional information

Admission-based scholarships are automatically awarded at time of admission. We also have the University Scholarship application which is UNC's application for additional scholarship opportunities on campus. The priority deadline is February 1st. UNC's FAFSA priority deadline is June 1.

The University of Northern Colorado does not require ACT or SAT scores for admission, admission-based scholarship, or financial aid purposes. You are welcome to provide self-reported test scores if you feel it would benefit your application.

Prospective NCAA Division I student-athletes are required to submit standardized (ACT/SAT) test scores to the NCAA Eligibility Center for NCAA initial-eligibility purposes.

Visit us

We strongly encourage students to visit UNC! One of the biggest compliments we receive about our campus tour is that people are pleasantly surprised about the space and beauty of campus. We have a number of visit options for you to choose the visit that fits you and your support system the best. See all the options and schedule your visit at www.unco.edu/visit.

"At UNC, the sense of community is rare for a college campus. People are incredibly warm - when I first toured, people all over campus welcomed us. I knew UNC was where I wanted to be."
