"I wasn't even a student here and [this professor] was invested in me. This is something that was lacking at my previous university. I didn’t feel that connection with professors and the campus. I transferred and I am more in love with St. Thomas than I ever was when I first came here." ~ Ally Starks ’25

St. Thomas gave me a really strong working knowledge of economics and political systems, but it’s not all about the numbers. My professors helped me to think with rigor and, in the end, they built me into a stronger, more resilient person so that I could take on the world in front of me.
